  6. Tapamos la olla y pasamos a pelar y cortar la papa en pedazos iguales. Pueden ser del tamaño que quieras (recomiendo que sean chicos). Agregamos al guiso y ponemos la tapa. (También podés poner batata)
  7. Por otro lado, una vez que los porotos estén blandos, los sacamos del fuego, los escurrimos y los agregamos al guiso junto con el resto de las legumbres también escurridas. Tapamos la olla y la dejamos a fuego medio que se cocine, revolviendo eventualmente para que no se queme el fondo.
  8. Podría dar un tiempo exacto de cocción, pero cada olla y cocina es distinta por eso es algo que se hace a ojo. Una vez que la papa se deshace al tocarla y los garbanzos se sienten como puré ya podés retirar del fuego y servir.
  9. Y ahora sí a disfrutar de un rico guiso calentito para el invierno. Disfruten.
