- Luego de unos minutos 5 aproximadamente agregar salsa y dejar 5 minutos más que la salsa se cocine junto a los anteriores ingredientes
- Agregar 400 cc de agua aprox y dejar unos minutos más
- Mientras tanto cortar en cubos las papas, el boniato y la calabaza
- Agregar el caldo de costilla y el caldo de panceta y dejar unos minutos
- Después agregar la calabaza el boniato y las papas
- Mientras se cocina todo.Yo hago el arroz aparte para que no se me recocine porque salen unas cuantas porciones y si queres volver a comer después
- Luego sacamos una papa o boniato y probamos siempre esta medio blando agregamos las lentejas los porotos y las arvejas (previamente cocinadas o pueden ser en lata también, más fácil)apagar fuego y dejar unos 10 minutos tapado.luego colocar en un plato una porción de arroz y luego la cantidad de guiso que gusten, hay gente que les gusta seco y otra que les gusta jugoso
