- 10 zapallitos
- Carne picada
- Lentejas

- Lo primero que hice fue hervir los zapallitos unos 10/15 minutos hasta que estén blanditos. Luego los abri arriba (podés abrirlos a la mitad también) y los deje con la boca abierta hacia abajo.
- Mientras hice el relleno. Primero vamos a saltear el ajo, cebolla, y morrón. Una vez que la cebolla cambio de color agregamos la carne (no pongo gramos porque va a depender del tamaño de tus zapallitos) pero más o menos use 500 gr. Y agregamos los condimentos (comino, sal, pimienta y orégano a gusto)
- Una vez cocida la carne, agregamos la zanahoria y las lentejas previamente cocidas y dejamos cocinar por unos 10 minutos más.
- Ahora, damos vuelta los zapallitos y les sacamos el relleno, si deseas podés sumarlo al relleno o podés guardarlo para otra comida.
- Vamos a hacer la salsa blanca. Primero derretimos la manteca en la misma olla que vamos a hacer la salsa. Una vez derretida agregamos la harina y revolvemos constantemente hasta sacar los grumos. Ahora sumamos lentamente la leche (no puse cantidad porque es a ojo, hay a gente que le gusta espesa y hay gente que le gusta más líquida) una vez que llegamos al espesor que queremos le agregamos la nuez moscada y la pimienta a gusto (yo usé 1 cdita de cada una)
- Ahora vamos a rellenar los zapallos. Aconsejo hacerlo en una fuente donde queden apretaditos así no se deforman. Se pueden hacer tanto en horno como en olla.
- Rellenamos con una cuchara cada uno de los zapallos y le ponemos una tapa de queso fresco a cada uno.
- Luego los tapamos con la salsa blanca, y arriba de la salsa blanca lo tapamos con queso rallado y mandamos al horno o a la olla y dejamos calentar por unos 15 minutos y listo para servir!
