- Ahora la papa en cubos grandes y el chorizo colorado o cantimpalo en caso de querer agregarle. Tapar y cocina a fuego medio con olla semi destapada hasta que las lentejas estén tiernas. A mi en olla eléctrica me llevó 30 minutos pero en la olla común llevará más tiempo.
