  10. 2.5 a 3litros de agua (como gusten de caldoso)

  1. Primero limpié las lentejas, las enjuagué y puse a cocer en agua con un trozo de cebolla y un poco de sal.
  2. Aparte freí el tocino, después ahí agregué las salchichas, retiré del sarten y ahí mismo freí la longaniza. Retiré la longaniza y junté con el tocino y las salchichas
  3. Lo que quedó de la cebolla lo piqué en cuadritos y en la misma cacerola sancoché la cebolla con la grasita que dejo la longaniza, después piqué 2 jitomates y los agregué a la cebolla, dejé que se formara un tipo puré y agregué el tercer jitomate picado para que se friera con el resto, cuando quedo medio machacado el jitomate agregué el cubo de knor hasta que se deshaga
  4. Una vez bien frito el jitomate y cebolla y sazonado agregue las lentejas casi cocidas. (Antes retiré la cebolla que le puse para que se cocieran)
  5. Finalmente después de 10 mins que hirvieron a fuego alto lo puse en bajito y agregé las carnes. Dejé hervir otros 5 mins y apague.
  6. Los plátanos los rebané y freí aparte y los serví en cada plato para que no se batieran al hervir las lentejas. Me encantaron y a mis hijos igual. Ojalá les guste esta receta <3
