- Se hierven los zapallitos, el tiempo es estimado, cuando estén blandos que lo comprueba con un tenedor los pincha ya se sacan del agua y se ponen a enfriar, luego se les quita la pulpa es decir las semillas y lo de adentro, yo les hago una boca bastante importante.

- Poner a hervir en una olla o hervidor la lenteja, dejarla unos 4 minutos tomando hervor y colar. Esto es para que la preparación no quede negra por la cocción de la lenteja.
- Yo en lo personal lo que le saque lo puse de relleno, va en gusto. Freír en aceite la cebolla hasta que transparente y agregar la pulpa que quitamos (si gusta),el orégano, los caldos y/o la sal. Por último llevar todo a un bowl y juntar los ingredientes fritos con la lata de choclo y arveja. Lo que se ve en la última foto es sésamo opcional también, no me di cuenta de fritarlo lo puse último 🤭😅 pero eso es opcional.



- En este punto hacer la salsa blanca, yo pongo en una olla la maicena, la nuez y la sal, luego la leche y pongo a hervir. Cuando toma consistencia listo para servir.
- Una vez pronto el relleno emplatar colocando el relleno dentro y la salsa arriba a lo último, a mi me encanta la salsa blanca😋
